It was like to be inside the fridge,no heating at all no good to stay this time of the year. We got quickly fixed with hot water and extra duvets otherwise is impossible to sleep gets very cold night time late march and early April.

4 piso sin ascensor, con acceso por código, la gente daba unos portazos terribles y el mantenimiento algo precario (ducha y mampara en mal estado, el mando a distancia no funciona y no hay aire acondicionado) si hay piscina y restaurante al lado, supermercado cerca, pero para pleno verano no creo que se pueda estar sin el aire... Vistas muy bonitas y el balcón muy bonito, no lo recomiendo para el pleno calor.

Je déconseille avec la dernière énergie

séjour catastrophique du début à la fin Notre arrivée a été un cauchemar. Aucun personnel sur place, et le code d'accès communiqué par e-mail était erroné. Impossible de les joindre par téléphone. Ce n’est qu’au bout d’une heure que nous avons compris qu’il fallait les contacter via WhatsApp. Malgré nos relances, nous avons dû attendre plus de 3 heures dans la voiture avec des enfants endormis avant de pouvoir entrer. Une fois dans l'appartement, l'état des lieux était inadmissible : logement sale, toilettes bouchées, lave-linge hors service, matelas infestés de punaises. Nos enfants ont eu des boutons sur tout le corps. L’endroit était également envahi de moustiques. La piscine ? Sale, et aucun entretien visible pendant tout notre séjour. Nous sommes très déçus. Ce séjour a été source de stress, d'inconfort et d'insalubrité. Expérience à ne pas revivre.

ISLAS, CALAS Y CASTILLO

A pesar de que en la reserva especificaban, que los impuestos municipales había que pagarlos a parte, estaban incluidos. Esto hace que la entrada al alojamiento sea muy confusa. El apartamento es tranquilo, cerca de varios supermercados. A 15 minutos andando de la playa. Menaje justo, pero suficiente. Wi.fi pobre. Las cadenas públicas de TV no se pueden sintonizar bien, las privadas sí. Hay mucho mosquito y no hay ni aire acondicionado, ni mosquiteras. Buena relación calidad precio. En junio se puede aparcar facilmente, gratis, en la misma puerta.

Decepcionante

Una de las camas no estaba operativa como se publicaba, con lo que era super incómoda. No fue posible contactar con el gestor para hacer un cambio de planta ya que un miembro de la familia no podía subir escaleras. Faltaban cosas básicas como copas, tijeras. La sartén estaba en muuuuyyy pobres condiciones. Una lástima porque el lugar es tranquilo y el apartamento tiene posibilidades.

6 nuits horrible aucun contrôle du nombre de personnes dans le logement 10 personnes dans un logement au dessus de nous parlant Polonais la fête toute la nuit avec bruit dans les escaliers a notre arrivée vaisselle sale pas de télévision française impossible d'avoir quelqu'un pour signaler un problème logement pas isolé on entend tout le voisinage et l'aboiement des chiens dans les chambres après 3 semaines en hôtel 4 étoile on est tombé de très haut en venant chez RV Hôtel Quijote

Déçus

Le code pour rentrer dans l'appartement n'était pas le bon ! La hotline pour joindre la chaine d'hôtel ne répondait pas ! Pas de chambre parentale ( seulement 3 lits 1 place et canapé convertible totalement inconfortable ) Wifi bas débit quand il y avait de la connexion ( il y avait 1 seule antenne wifi pour 8 locations donc partage de connexion obligatoire ) Coté positif l'appartement a été modernisé récemment et il y avait un lave linge. Cuisine avec un vrai four, mais manquant de plats à four.

Fin de semana tranquilo, de relax. No es la primera que me alojo en estos apartamentos. Están bastante bien. Siempre que puedo, prefiero reservar un apartamento a antes de un hotel. Llevaba tiempo sin alojarme en estos apartamentos. Ahora la recepción es virtual. No te dan llave para acceder al apartamento. Tienes que registrarte a través de un link que te envían, por correo electrónico y el día que vas a alojarte, te envían un email, con el número del apartamento, el código de acceso y un pequeño mapa para saber en que edificio estás alojado y en que planta estás alojado. Este verano, volveré a alojarme.

Hotte et four très sales. Seul le sol avait été lavé. Rajouter un grille pain et un fer à repasser puisqu'il y a déjà une table à repasser. Mettre un transat sur la, terrasse voire autour de la piscine comme à RV HOTELS CONFORT où j'étais descendue avec mon mari en 2017. Sinon belle résidencezvec de l'espace autour et vue agreable

On recommande le logement pour sa terrasse et la vue, la piscine non bondée propre et la proximité avec des lieux comme le restaurant Don Quijote (à tester et retester). Nous avions également vue sur une montagne, ce qui était fortement agréable. Le quartier est plutôt calme.

Déplorable

L appartement netait pas tres propre. Jai relave la vaisselle, passe le balai et nettoye miroir salle de bain en arrivant. Les portes des chambres ne fermaint pas, elles frottaient au sol. La porte donnant sur le balcon ne fermait pas non plus. Tres bruyant, pas d'insonorisation et nous n'étions pas en plein été !! Peu de matériel de cuisine.

Inapropiado la recogida y entrega de llaves por qué queda apartado del alojamiento y los recepcionista no tienen conocimiento de lo que ofrecen en el QUIJOTE, aparte el apartamento la limpieza no era la adecuada en general, también solicitamos una Planta más baja que la 4TA por una persona con poca movilidad y no fue gestionada, las toallas son alquiladas y eso no está especificado en el momento de la reserva, tampoco especifican que la limpieza del apartamento es solo cuando dejes el alojamiento ósea que si estás 8 días hospedado no te hacen limpieza hasta que te marches

Agradable

El hotel tiene de todo para estar cómodo. Especialmente la terraza al lado del jardín una maravilla. Estuvimos en el Bajo. Pero las camas son muy incómodas deberían cambiar los colchones, no se descansa. Tampoco está muy aislada, con lo que hay bastante ruido. Por lo demás estuvimos muy agusto.

Grand appartement hyper propre. Seul critique : vide de toute déco et du coup tres froid et impersonnel. Dommage ! Cuisine bien équipées et bonne literie. Un peu excentré mais le chemin vers le centre le long de la plage est tres agreable Sejour vraiment sympa

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este apartamento. Me gusta porque dispone de una habitación en vez de tener la cama en el salón como en otros apartamentos en los que he estado alojado.

Agradable estancia.

Me ha encantado estar alojado en estos apartamentos. Esta cerca de la playa de l'Estartit. Aunque tienen una piscina por si algunas personas no les gusta la playa... y también disponen de un restaurante. Es ideal para pasar un fin de semana o pasar las vacaciones.
