⭐ One Star – A Hotel to Avoid at All Costs ⭐ I travelled from the UK and was deeply disappointed from the moment I arrived. There was no welcome, no offer of help, and no guidance to our room—just a cold reception. The room was uncomfortable, with an air conditioning unit you can’t control (it runs constantly), and the beds were rock hard—easily the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Do not book breakfast. The food was low quality, limited, and repetitive. I looked at the evening meals and they were the same every night—unappetising and uninspired. The location is very poor if you don’t drive. It’s a 30–40 minute walk into Torrevieja, mostly along a very dark, unlit coastal path that feels unsafe at night. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later.

Super vue, mais c'est tout ....

Une vue superbe… mais c’est bien le seul point positif ! Hotel vieillot et pas tres bien entretenu. Pas d’eau chaude le premier soir, pas de climatisation non plus. La chambre, exposée plein soleil sans store, culminait à 30°C en arrivant. Impossible de faire baisser la température autrement qu’en ouvrant la fenêtre. À la réception, on m’a simplement répondu : – « L’eau chaude ? Elle reviendra demain. » – « La clim ? Oui, je vais la mettre tout à l’heure… » Autant dire qu’on est loin des standards attendus pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Utroligt at dette hotel har 4 stjerner. Det eneste der var i orden var morgenmaden. Aftensmaden var uspiselig, hotellet er meget slidt. Personalet virkede som om de ikke gad og have gæster. Vil absolut ikke anbefale dette hotel til nogen.

Ci siano fermati per 3 giorni volevamo staccare la spina! Tutto benel lo consiglio personale gentile piscina comoda e in mezzora si arriva al centro del paese dove ci sono parecchi ristoranti, uniche pecche il frigorifero in camera rotto e aria condizionata troppo bassa che non riesce a rinfrescare poi lo cinsiglio

Gutes Essen, schöne Terrasse, direkt am See. Leider war es im Zimmer unerträglich warm, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Auch die Reklamation an der Rezeption blieb ohne Erfolg, so dass wir leider 3 Tage in einem über 30 Grad warmen Zimmer übernachten mussten

Ci hanno dato una camera vecchia che non era stata mai pulita; ragnatele e insetti morti ovunque. Dopo aver fatto reclamo, ci hanno dato una camera più recente ma con lo scarico del water che perdeva acqua. Nel corredo del bagno, non c'è l'asciugamano per il bidè. La carta igienica sembrava fatta col giornale. Unica cosa buona era la colazione

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und es ist dort sehr laut, auch abend auf den Fluren wird sich lautstark unterhalten. Viele Reisebusse dort. Frühstück naja, ich hatte am ersten Morgen tote Ameisen in meinem Kakao aus der Maschine und das einzige was kam war Sorry. Das Pulver wurde dann scheinbar gewechselt. Das war sehr ekelhaft. Sonst war das Essen am Frühstücksbuffett in Ordnung. Alles in einem würde ich es nicht nochmal buchen. Der Empfang hingegen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

5 dagars vistelse i Torri del Benaco.

Rent och snyggt på hotellet och bra service av personalen. Lite nedslitet och vissa saker behöver lite uppfräschning. Mycket bra frukostbuffé men väldigt många rökare på uteserveringen där det röktes vid nästan alla bord.
