"Rooms are outdated. Bathroom tiles had cracks and had ants coming out of them. Door frames were damaged. Bed mattress need changing was lumpy . Breakfast was nice."

Rooms needed a chest of drawers for clothes, a bedside cabinet each side of the bed with power points, a safe would be good, tea/coffee making facilities would be good, a fridge would be fantastic.
