"The staff I presume a couple spoke no other language but Italian. When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and I had to get expedía involved even though I had already paid. I booked a superior quadruple room but was not allowed to have a 1 to stay overnight or even to visit , however, they allowed others to have visitors and I even a saw a group of their friends watch a rugby game.
