「O hotel Sercotel Valladolid é um hotel muito bom. Tivemos um problema com ar condicionado central (que é antigo), que foi muito minimizado pelo excelente atendimento da Mirela, que nos trocou de apartamento e deu o suporte necessário, além da gerente (que infelizmente não guardei o nome). O quarto é bom, possui frigobar e banheiro com boa ducha. Estacionamento relativamente fácil na rua. Para ir ao centro histórico, a parada de ônibus fica a uns 500 metros do hotel. 」

「Maria made the stay special by making sure everything was the best it could be. Helpful and pleasant. Interesting rooms. Clean with very good hot water. Towels and bedding were new and soft. Location was central to everything I wanted to see. Restaurants all around. 」

「Snyggt hotell. Reception som det ska vara. Rummet väldigt bra. Service till middag sådär, flera personal som mest stod och snackade. Maten var god men pass upp - köttet kommer ensamt. Potatis, grönsaker etc måste beställas extra och kostar 5€ per extra. Stor gratis parkering framför ingång och garage i källaren mot betalning. 」
