「Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!」

「This hotel has the best location in the city, especially if you are here for leisure travel. There are so many options for food and drinks within a few blocks around the hotel. You can easily walk to the Metro/tram and the train to Cascais, or catch a taxi/uber/bolt at the corner. The staff were extremely nice. The rooms all have double windows so any noise from Pink Street are completely silenced. Only downside is the TV's are encased inside a giant mirror box so you can't connect to...
