Was a little worried with a remote check in but everything went well once we re read the instructions. Communication was great if you had questions someone was texting you back within a reasonable time. Room had no issues everything was there to help you start and finish your day. The hide a bed was a little had but that didn’t bother me as I had the bed. The outside noise was steady would take some time to get use too for these country folk lol. Would I stay again, absolutely!

El apartamento en general está muy bien, está bien equipado y es cómodo. La ubicación es excelente. Los inconvenientes: para subir hasta el piso 29 solo hay 2 ascensores y una llevaba roto 3 semanas (incomprensible con la cantidad de gente que lo usa). También, por el precio que pagas debería haber un servicio de consigna para dejar las maletas.

Safe, clean, and convenient. Perfect for us, a couple traveling with two children. Appreciated having our own space away from the kids when we needed it, and within walking distance of many points of interest. Highly recommend!

As soon as we walked into the apartment, we noticed towels in the machine, a wet, sopping mop, and a plunger near the toilet with questionable stuff on it! We also noticed that the bedroom floor was so warped that I tripped on it. The shower rod curtain fell off and hit my daughter‘s head, and there are no Band-Aids in the place. We ended up checking out early and scrambling to find another place. Surprisingly, they still charged us for the first night with only a very small discount. The pictures look very different than what we experienced. Also, rivet stays told Expedia that I told them about these issues five hours after I checked in, struggling to understand why that was a problem. I literally called each and every item as it happened.

we were satisfied with the stay, it just took a while to get checked in as we were a little early. It was clean and tidy, it looked like it had had some use and not as new as it showed on the photos. would recommend for a short stay. The pullout bed is very uncomfortable however so bare that in mind.

We were setup for a 4pm check In and when we arrived at 4 pm there was no key available! We promptly messaged the host and communication was good and they were able to get us into the suite by about 430pm. Incidentally periodically through the night the building fire alarm repeatedly sounded causing a terrible sleep for me and my family.

Ce sont des condos à louer. Ce n'est pas une hotel, il n'y a pas de réception ni de personnel disponible. Par contre tout était bien organisé et l'appartement était petit mais fonctionnel et tres bien situé. Vue du balcon trés impressionnante!

Hôtel en plein cœur des attractions à Toronto. Une superbe vue sur la tour CN mais … ce n’est que ça de bien. Appartement dans son jus, certains éléments n’avaient pas été nettoyés à notre arrivée (table de repas, lave vaisselle plein de vaisselles sales). Literie pas très confortable. L’accès au parking a été aussi laborieux (badge du garage qui ne fonctionne pas et place de parking attribuée avec déjà une voiture dessus). Le point positif est la réactivité du personnel gérant l’appartement qui répond très rapidement. À recommander pour la vue mais le prix ne se justifie pas

Elevator went out on my floor so I had to go down 34 floors. Moldy hall tiles leak repair in my room. Place has a third party take info for deposit which is a no I got suckered in, but whole place was uncomfortable reason for cheap price. If you can call it that.

We arrived 20 minutes earlier before 4pm check in, the owner was great with communication and allowing us to go in early however the cleaners were still cleaning the room long after 4pm while we were in there. The bathroom was not cleaned well and very outdated, our coffee machine did not work, and the sheets / bed frame were not that clean either to sleep in. Great location for downtown however I’d only rate this a 3.5.

Worst Stay Ever – Unsafe, Dirty, and a Total Nightmare “ RivetStays condos “ Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. This condo we had with is filthy, run-down, and unsafe. The furniture is broken and beat-up, the air conditioning barely works, and the place feels neglected from top to bottom. The biggest issue? The door lock was broken, and I ended up TRAPPED inside the condo. That is an unacceptable and dangerous situation, I had to threaten to call the fire department but it took them 40 min to send someone to open the condo . To make it worse, the so-called “cleaners” had left the front door wide open when they decided to show up and clean the dirt in the condo . Between the lack of security, the dirt, and the broken amenities, this unit is a complete nightmare. This is hands down one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Unsafe, dirty, and unlivable — avoid this place at all costs.
