Upon reviewing, the front desk agent did called to inform you regarding the fire inspection 5 minutes after you checked in, it was not informed to us about cancelling the second night that time. We recognize that the reservation for your second night was a completely separate reservation, and the credit card authorization was processed the following day upon check in with this new reservation. The fire inspection was an essential measure mandated for the safety and well-being of all our guests. Regarding the breakfast timing, it follows the our brand standards, aiming to accomodate all guests efficiently. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing the Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Mississauga Southwest for your past stay. It is with great regret that we learn of your less-than-satisfactory experience, particularly regarding the inoperative power outlet. Upon your departure, we assessed the outlets, which were subsequently working . In some instances, electrical disturbances may result from circuit breakers or the connection of heavy-duty appliances, causing power disruptions. We deeply regret that these power outets posed a substantial inconvenience throughout your visit. Regarding your interaction with our front desk staff; we are committed to providing unwavering assistance. Upon reviewing and consulting with our team, we were informed by the on-shift front desk team members that were instances involving raised voices at the front desk members. Despite multiple attempts to address and mitigate this behavior, it regrettably persisted. We can not condone such conduct, particularly in the presence of other guests in the lobby who had been adversely affected by it. Our primary aim is to enhance our guests' experiences and create lasting memories during their stay. We sincerely apologize for falling short of this objective in your case.
