"We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Royal York! We did have a couple issues upon check-in however the manager immediately handled the situation. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The housekeeper even knew my name and would greet me every time she saw me. They really go above and beyond when it comes to service. Highly recommend a stay here."
