"The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."

"Great location. Attached to the Path, do you can get to so many places from there without going outside. More plain than the other Fairmonts in the old Canadian Pacific line, but still a good hotel."

"The staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nice and clean. However, the building in general is in poor condition. The rooms are very rough. Our door couldn't close all the way so there was a draft from outside. There were other things but overall it was not a luxurious experience. You get what you pay for!"

"Hotel room was clean, staff was lovely. Breakfast was great! Room is quite small. Every time I walked past my bed, I bumped into the tv mounted on the wall. Parking can be an issue. Although we ended up finding parking nearby, the underground garage listed as the Holiday Inn’s parking only allowed vehicles under 5’7” which our van did not comply with. Pool and change rooms were very clean as well. VERY warm but only a complaint if you were a bystander and not actually in the water. "
