The Viator tour of Niagara Falls picked me up at the hotel which was very convenient. The only problem was the taxi they called for me took me to the wrong airport so I paid double the fair. No one asked me which airport & I didn’t know there was two!

The breakfast was decent, and it's a 5 minute drive to the Clarkson GO station to get in & out of Toronto.

Good hotel. Breakfast is very good as well.

Overall it was a good hotel. The fact that they host refugees they should have it mentioned somewhere. The staff are the best. They are doing a fantastic job at keeping that place maintained at the level they are. Hats off to the dedicated team. Brekfast coffee and omelet is of very good quality.

Over the years, the quality has gone way down for 3 star properties. This hotel could do better if they either hire better people or train staff to be more polite and professional. We only communicated with the night staff and it was not just horrible but extremely rude. The 2 men working the night are not happy to be working there and they take their anger/dissatisfaction out on guests. I get the quality of the hotel is what you expect for 3 star but the service was less than 1 star.

Terrible! We walked in to check in and found out our room was gone. We were offered another room which was not acceptable for us traveling with a baby. My family would be separated.Terrible experience! We booked another hotel at 345 from the parking lot.

Breakfast was decent with fruits, daily room service and comfortable environment. Staff was pleasant and willing to assist. Common areas such as the lounge, eating areas and bathrooms were always clean. Coffee and hot water station available 24/7. Sofa bed feels a bit outdated and is harsh on the body, would recommend changing or adding more padding. Overall stay was good, will book again. The main bed made you feel like not moving in the morning, it was so comfortable and the room was very relaxing.

We stayed for one night everything was good. 5 star overall. They ran out of eggs at breakfast though and I saw some 6 year old girl was scrapping the empty tray, then 5 minutes before close they brought out more than closed the doors which was wierd. Everything else was really good though. Big selection of food. Pancakes, sausages, bagel/bread, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and more. The pool is very nice and my dog was able to stay as well. PlayStation won't connect to the WiFi so can you have to hotspot from your phone.
