The hotel had a fresh smell as soon as you entered - staff was helpful - especially the gentlemen in the morning who helped me with transportation as I didn’t have a car. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend it for those reasons. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on gym or breakfast as I didn’t use either on this visit.

Great location. Our room didn't have working Airconditioning so that is why I am marking the lower star rating. Otherwise, the place is clean, and the staff is pleasant. I did tell the desk employee about the air conditioning when I checked out; they just said, "thanks," and I left. I'd stay there again; just make sure the heating and Air works the rooms get a little warm at night.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly, just a few minor issues: in room 319, the bathroom door lock didn't close and neither did the room door lock; and in room 318, we found the bathroom mirror dirty and splashed with water, and the sink handle was dirty… other than that, very good. In fact, we'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate the waiter at the breakfast restaurant; we give him 5 stars! He was super attentive, helpful, and very active during breakfast!

Breakfast buffet selection was the same everyday … no variation. But the staff were very friendly … even the manager gave me free iced coffee and chocolate muffin one hot afternoon when the bar was still closed. Rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. Walking distance to Wendys / Tim Hortons.

The hotel is new, so they have modern amenities. The breakfast was also good, just that the egg was not flavourful.
