Bad bad bad!

I have never experienced a hotel like this, i found finished beer can just right aside the couch, hairs on the bed,and the bed looks not being replaced before i slept on it. Used napkins on the floor under the bed. It was rediculous.

I booked this hotel for my mum for a one night stay for her layover. She loved it and called it “excellent”. The shuttle picked her up from the airport and to the hotel .

We booked this room few weeks ago over phone with staff very helpful. It seemed expensive over $150 simple rm arriving after midnight & leaving 1st thing next am but provided shuttle. Once checked in so exhausted dropped our bags & wanted to crawl in bed & sleep had to get early am flight unfortunately pulled back covers & discovered blood drops on side of mattress. It definitely wasn't from us nor was it spilled wine. immediately informed night manager, asked for a new room, was informed fully booked but would replace the sheets we helped, next morning wanted shower no water pressure & no shampoo, opened patio curtains noticed the door had been unlocked on the ground level. Upon check out, i spoke with the day manager who had housekeeping join, they were shown the pic of the blood on the mattress. Housekeeping stated the blood was fresh & it wasn't there when they cleaned rm it wasn't their fault & nothing they would do said we had created the situation, the manager said he would give me a free breakfast or 20% discount but no apology. I've worked in the hospitality industry most life, I know how hard it is, and we all have our bad days sometimes things get overseen or mistakes happen but would acknowledge/admit it and do something to correct it But to stand in front of the customer & deny all accountability to say we did this? I will NEVER stay at comfort inn again! A little common courtesty & RESPECT would've gone a long way!!

Muy buena ubicación, especialmente si necesitas trasladarte al aeropuerto, ya que está bastante cerca. Las habitaciones están bien, son cómodas y cumplen con lo necesario para una estancia agradable. El proceso de check-in fue rápido y el personal fue atento. En general, es una opción práctica y conveniente para estancias cortas o de paso.

It’s a great place to stay a couple of nights or if you need to go to the airport. The shuttle to the airport is really helpful and people overall are nice. Clean bedrooms, and everything else is nice.

The worse experience I ever had in a hotel. This place is a scam, they charged my credit card 700 dollars for a carpet that I didn’t ruin. I stayed in the same room for 6 days, the house keeping came every day to clean the room and now they’re saying that I made a whole in the carpet when is not true. Stay away from this place.

There was so much noise all night in and out rooms and you can hear everything. Conversations and people moving around. Then at 9 am the cleaning staff started and had full conversation in spanish outside my door. I barely slept. Not recommended if you want a good sleep.
