「We had a very nice room which had an ocean view and a balcony. The staff was very efficient and courteous. The only complaint we had was that it took a long period of time from ordering to getting the food in the restaurant. Otherwise a great place to stay.」

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」

「Had to Call 911 as the Staff refused to act on the Teenagers running around and screaming at 2:15am and again at 3:30 am. The sign inside the rooms clearly states 10pm is quiet time and those breaking it will be asked to leave without a refund. Multiple people complained in the morning but we were the only ones to call the police and the management. They never even offered to comp our room for the night or apologize. Still waiting for the owner to call us!」

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we...

Quiet location, across the street from the path to the beach, beautiful beach and chairs/umbrellas/wheelie available at Inn, heated, clean pool a bonus, they accept dogs, and Amy is very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of miles from the center of Vero. A great little secret find!」

「Sketchy place, loud at night, people coming and going after 10pm to around 4 am. Place needs to be refurbished.」

Told desk and she said she would talk to the general manager, didn’t hear anything from them. The water stunk of supper smell, unable to drink it. Told three staff, nothing was said, not even offering bottled water. Told hot coffee and water was available 24/7 it was always cold. The fridge froze every thing solid in our room. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, handle was broken....
