「My stay in the Hyatt Centric was great. Hotel is situated at a very convenient place surrounded by greenery all around. Our check in was so smooth. We were briefed about all the facilities in the hotel at the reception. Room was nice, neat and clean and view of the rose garden was very good. Food in the restaurant was very good and the service was superb. Aayush in the restaurant was extremely helpful and he took care of us every day. He provided s outstanding service and made us feel at home....

「The stay in their luxury room was very comfortable. We had ordered a thin crust pizza which was delicious and nicely prepared. The buffet breakfast was having enough varieties and all with good taste. Overall a nice place to stay but amenities can be improved to spend leisure time. The seat in wash room can be a bit higher as it is bothersome if you have knee problem. The location is peaceful and is accessible via a single road from Dharampur ( about 8 kms). 」

「Staffs were great- excellent communication, prompt and competent. They really nailed customer service. The property was great with many facilities like pool table, archery range, live music and rooftop cafe. They can improve on selection of drinks (not many choices). One thing they should immediately pay attention to and rectify is safety. The outdoor area had glass boundary wall with steel hand rails. The bolts were missing and the and the rails looked unsafe. Guests should never touch them...

「The rooms and the property is well maintained. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. My daughter cannot handle spicy food, thank you to the chefs and the service to provide food on special requests! The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great views! There is also a food court very close by if needed. Overall, a great stay! Thank you! PS: they do not accept international cards at the hotel yet, please make sure you have other means to pay if needed!」

「Property is spacious & good remote location for just relax ans stay away from coty crowd .Mall road & City is approx 20 minutes slow drive.Room has all the modern facility.Staff is very cooperative.Food is delicious.Cafe on terrace is awesome with some games for kids & adults. Resturant has alacart & buffet both.Car parking is available inside of resort.Bonefire is chargeable.Play area for kids.」

I have visited other hotels there nearby but those have better facilities than yellow hotel.. specially rooms are very suffocated , bed/bedsheets/blanket were very dirty in this hotel .. overall, prices were high as compare to facilities.」
