「We booked this hotel specifically to enjoy spa and indoor pool as part of our short vacation. When arrived - pool was on maintenance and closed for all days of our vacation. Spa was fully booked. Rooms are clean and location is beautiful. Manager stopped communicating with us after few texts messages.」

「The rooms were clean but the pool area wasn't kept clean. A plastic bag was in place for a number of days… the tables around the pools were grubby, although the pool it’s self looked clean. Myself and son both had stomach bugs whilst there. Hotel is very. Convenient for restaurants, etc. The whole area is very busy but beautiful.」

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...
