「It was bad experience」

「Beautiful hotel, we received delicious macarons upon arrival (better than Laduree!!) and a glass of wine / lemonade. The receptionist was amazing, very kind and helpful letting us use the beach before checkin. Breakfast delicious and good variety. It was a pleasure to stay there.」

All of the staff are incredibly well trained. We experienced a couple hiccups while there but the management (especially Marco) responded immediately and more than made up for the inconvenience. 「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...

「We were here for a week with a work group and we all enjoyed our stay. The rooftop terrace with a pool has one of the best views over the bay area. The staff was welcoming and ever helpful with whatever questions and requests we had. It is also located near good hiking spots! Would definitely recommend this hotel to whomever seeking hotels in the Kotor bay area.」

「Noisy room. 1 room out of 2 was with a broken sink and some electric plug not stick to the wall. Really too expensive for the quality and service. Disapointed, I was expecting much better.」

「Aircondition did not work in the room. Terrible heat and got almost no sleep. Staff was not very friendly. Asked to buy a bottle of water when we returned to the hotel at midnight or where we could get one. «Just drink tap water» was the response. Breakfast was not very fresh with sweaty cheese and out of several items. Room and facilities was clean and spacious but there are some clear signs of wear. Nice little pool on the roof.」
