Both of us woke up shivering cold since there was no heat/AC in the room. Beds only provided a thin blanket rather than a proper comforter, and had no electric heating elements underneath. Besides that, the room offered numerous appliances and was very clean. Would not recommend unless proper heating ...

Beautiful seaview room that cannot be missed
The seaview room is beautiful. All the rooms were bright and warm during winter time. We enjoyed our stay. The owner gave us all the information around the town and useful maps for visiting the national park while check-in. A very thoughtful gentleman.

Nice and quiet unit in Coles Bay. Laneway to beach runs at back of property which was good to get down to beach. Did the hike to Wineglass and finished the day with pizza at local restaurant. Beautiful landscapes!
