"The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially want to point out that the cleaning team is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms on the 7th floor are nicer and appear to be better maintained. My friend’s room on the 5th floor, however, looked more dated and worn, especially the bathroom. "The room was very spacious and clean. The bath tub was nice as well. Breakfast buffet tasted really good, and the staff were super nice. Everyone is always happy to provide support, and although very few staff speak English, others will still assist you with translation apps. The only issue I saw was the noise level. You can hear water running in other rooms and people yelling loudly in the hallway at night and early mornings. All in all I really liked the place and will stay again if I visit...
