「This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!!

「amazing service from check-in to room service. The breakfast buffet was a bit manic but it was probably more to do with the fact that so many flights have been canceled and the hotel was completely full we really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend paying a little extra for the tower rooms request floors 21 to 26 in room 65 which has a direct view of the pearl Tower simply amazing!
