「This was a lovely night to stay for us. We appreciated the grounds, the food and the friendly staff! We walked to town for supper after we got checked in. We would stay again for sure and loved your black dog.」

「The guesthouse is nice enough but the staff were standoffish to begin with. There was an unexpected extra charge for my dog to stay. They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. The owner assured me he had it, charged me €35 and sent an old battered cushion with no cover at a cost of €9. Overall the stay...

「The only thing we can complain about is that we couldn’t stay forever with Cathy! The place is much better than expected (really, much better). Super well equipped, comfortable, clean, and with marvelous decoration. The area where the house is located is absolutely stunning. And of course, we must mention Cathy again, she is incredibly nice, kind, intelligent, talkative, and made our one-night stay feel like being with family. 「Family atmosphere and friendly front desk staff! Several meals in the restaurant. Really enjoyed the BEEF BOURGUIGNON and I have to admitted I took my dessert of Creme’ Brûlée to my room two nights in a row! Delicious!!! Very accessible to the Glendalough Monastic Site and the many hiking trails in Wicklow Mountains National Park. A bit off season so staff were seen working in all areas…great people! Loved my cozy corner room with a desk and really comfy bed! Happy 55th Birthday to me -2026!」
