「This is the second time that I have spent my vacation and visiting family in your hotel and I was not disappointed the first or the second time. The front office staff was very accommodating and very helpful and everything that I needed. The restaurant it's an a+ in the chef and the pastry chef works extremely helpful. 「The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...

「早餐很豐富，但是有些團客的客人會大聲喧嘩、浪費食物，建議八點過後再去享受早餐，才不會遇到他們。 飯店離海邊走路約15分鐘，附近有超市，採購用品很方便。 我住三樓的時候晚上很安靜，但無景觀。換到九樓，窗外景觀好，可是晚上會聽到窗外的車聲，隔壁說話聲音很大，一直到半夜一點多才停止。」

「Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.」
