"We traveled with two toddlers, so just going to list items from that perspective.
Water park: 8/10. There were a variety of pools (i.e heated pool with water slides, splash pad for infants, water splash area of children, etc). They were open from 9am-9pm. Only thing that was an inconvenience is both days we went to the pool: towels were a 30+ min. wait: would recommended bringing your own.
Hotel room: We had 1 king size bed and a pull out couch with a balcony view. The place looked spacious, however pull out couch was uncomfortable and just used it as a sofa. The balcony space was so small and the actual "view" was a side of another building. Wouldn't recommend splurging on that.
Food: "Room service" is really placing an order of the surrounding restaurants in the hotel. There's an app you can use, but it wasn't working for us and when we called the front desk. The restaurant was so busy, no one was picking up. So I just went down to go place the order myself and brought it back to the hotel room. Otherwise, we recommend going out from the hotel and get Benny and Hash for breakfast (their loaded hashbrowns are SOOO delicious and they're about 15-20 min away from the hotel).
other amenities: small arcade area for older kids (but you have to pay money). Would be nice to have a small indoor play area for littles.
biggest inconvenience: Elevator waiting time. Around check out (11am) people were waiting 45 min+ for an elevator. Plan ahead for sure or use stairs!"
