From the moment we walked in we were treated as the most important people The staff, both at the desk, And in the restaurant went above and beyond to be sure we had a wonderful stay. Best place to stay in Toluca.

Fantastic place, very attentive employees, best breakfast during our whole trip, great Dinner and Drinks. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, from checking in, during the whole stay and until we left. The pool is heated, big and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. I highly recommend the Archeological site (see pictures) it is the only round Pyramid we saw on our trip, dedicated to the god of the wind.

Wonderful stay for a total of 8 nights. Hotel is super clean, especially enjoyed the awesome water pressure and lots of hot water and the firm and comfortable bed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carlos Evan Gicomo. Loved the included breakfast, lots of choices and the Sunday buffet was overwhelming. The restaurant staff was wonderful especially our lovely hostess Judich Hernandez.

Amazing stay !!!! Breakfast was a la carte and amazing! Very delicious with fresh green smoothie, fresh fruit, very tasty omelets and very good coffee. They had a personalized welcome sign with our name. The room is huge. I think that all the rooms are suites. The view from my room overlooked the mountains. We ate dinner at the restaurant too and that was very tasty. We didn’t have time to visit the spa. I left the cleaning lady a few things and they sent me a THANK YOU video, which was completely unexpected. I left absolutely in love with this property!!!
