"This is more of an overnight stay than a hotel. In poor condition, not clean carpets, bad breakfast with stale bread, broken coffee machine, joinery falling apart. Nice but not professional staff. That the rating of this place of accommodation has such high ratings, shows more how poorly Hotels.com controls the ratings given. Rating 9.6 on this place of accommodation does not correspond to reality and is misleading."

"The location of Classic Hotel is little off the centre of Osh. The hotel is clean and well maintained, front desk staff are really helpful for giving information, booking a taxi ride. The breakfast is better than he average. Will stay again if visit Osh next."

"まずホテルズ.comのホステル地図がとんでもなく間違っていて、さらにホステルの外面にはそれを示すプレートや看板など何もないし受付もなく、見つけるのは超困難だった。
Wifiが故障だから系列のホステルに行ってくれ、というのも怪しかった。
ホステルの女主人が、ホテルズ.com が私に支払い済の部屋代を返金すると言っているから、現金で払って欲しい、というのもウソっぽかった。
返金の件でホテルズ.com と5時間余り交渉中はWifiが繋がっていたのに、結局泊まることに なった後、Wifiは不通になった。
夜10時前に戻ったら門扉がロックされており、扉をどんどん叩いて呼んでも誰も出て来なかった。
部屋代¥2,500円はどう控えめに見ても高すぎる。
近辺の数軒と比べても¥1,000円以下が妥当な価格だと思う。"
