「Convenient location in the Gothenburg Central Station. Walking distance to bus/tram stops, department malls, shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast and lounge. The only thing is the sauna is out of order.」

「The castle and the equipments in the room are very old. And you can clearly hear people around you. Everything looks perfect on the surface but are not as good as they look like. I cannot understand why this hotel has so many positive words. It do not worth. 」

「Ett hotell med låga priser, med välstädat rum. Mysigt fyrtiotalsstuk på rummen och allmänna utrymmen. God och varierad frukost. Frukostvärdinnan gav ett trevligt intryck. Skötte både framplockning, avtorkning av bord och stolar, påfyllning och reception. Hon var för övrigt den enda människa som man såg arbeta på hotellet. Jag tror dock att hotellet hade gett ett mkt bättre intryck om det varit tydligare information när man kom. För när vi kom vid 19-tiden var det ett nedsläckt och ödsligt...

「Lisa at the front desk was amazing! The area was experiencing a heat wave while we were there and I expressed my concern at check-in. She was very polite and offered to provide us with a fan which promptly arrived once we were checked into our room. The breakfast buffet was incredible with tons of tasty options for starting our days. The hotel is also very close to the train stops so we were able to get around town super easy! Highly recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again.」
