「The rooms are a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable. In line with other reviews the breakfast had a good variety of food and what I had was tasty. There was no toaster. The AC in the room was hopeless. I arrived to.23.5° in the room. I set the temp to 19. 14hrs later the room temperature had dropped to 22.5°. Bathroom was a reasonable size and the shower had plenty of room. Parking seemed plentiful. Its an easy 15 min walk to the castle, the only reason to go to Malbork. In hindsight after...

「The hotel is perfectly located, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Malbork Castle box office. Free parking right at the hotel was also a big plus. The building itself is quite old, both outside and inside, and there is no elevator, which might be an issue for some guests (especially those with heavy luggage or mobility needs). 「Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Da es sehr heiß war und wir bereits mittags angereist sind, durften wir das Gepäck bis zum Check-in im Hotel aufbewahren. Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert und hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss. Parkplätze gab es genügend. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich.」

「Der Check-in und Check-out war kontaktlos, es hat alles gut geklappt. Wellnessbereich war nicht nutzbar, das wussten wir aber vorher schon, da dies bei der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt wurde. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Balkontür haben wir nicht auf bekommen, wir wollten nichts kaputt machen. Es gab wunderbar riechendes Shampoo und ein hervorragendes Frühstück, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren, gab es frisches Rührei.」
