We could not stay in a room that had no sheets no towels no pillows and no toilet paper. The front desk was less than helpful and said nothing she could do. We were appalled and she charged 2 cards the full amount so now we have to wait for a refund. Respectfully disgusted.

The room looks nothing like the picture. Staff were great. The shower and kitchen need remodeling for sure. The empty dresser drawers kept popping open as you walk by, so the floor must be sloped (even on the 3rd floor). Generally, an okay place to stay, especially if you like the smell of pot down the hallways. Will definitely avoid this hotel on the next visit to Toledo/Holland.

I stayed for almost 3 weeks. Some things in the room needed fixed which they took care of immediately. Jimmy the maintenance guy was on top of it. Only issue i had was the fridge not working properly and tub not draining. It was quiet there especially at night. However, they should have cameras on the property and maybe security. Ill definitely be staying there again next time im in town.
