Workers were rude. They didn’t have any care in the world to check us in. First room didn’t have air conditioner, when we ask a room with one they took us to a room that smelled like mold. We ask for another room and the same smelled like mold and bugs everywhere crawling on the walls and in the bathroom. Then they wanted to make us pay the difference for the room with air conditioner and on the website it does not state or makes it as an option to have a room with or without air conditioner besides the villa. We acquire a basic room. And then the so call wanna be manager was arguing with us regarding whether the site stated or not about the air conditioner.
