The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were very clean, I also like how the location of the hotel was near train stations and shopping areas. I do wish that the hotel had its own fitness gym complimentary to hotel guest.

One night stay. Room was comfortable but on the smaller side. Breakfast buffet was good. Onsen was excellent.
