離地鐵站走路約10-15分鐘，3人房被安排在一樓，房間空間很大，晚上睡覺很安靜，還有小廚房，若是家庭來會非常適合，附近吃的算多，但21:00後只剩下便利商店。

Machiya is on Metro Chiyoda line, people may always need to take a few Metro stations to get on JR for their destination, unless you keep taking other Metro lines for any destination which requires more walk to change other Metro lines. Hotel Ikidane is quite roomy with the fridge, stove, microwave & washer...etc. And all receptionists are friendly and helpful. We did enjoy our stay there.

離地鐵大約10分鐘的路程，延路有好幾家便利店及超市，很方便，有一家超市賣的東西比外面便宜很多，餐館也很多間，還有松屋 房間蠻大的，房間內有廚房和洗衣機，陽台很大方便晾衣服，剛開始熱水器不會調，櫃檯馬上來協助 房間有暖氣，冬天很需要 整體來說這邊真的很便利 美中不足是住宿四天沒人來幫我們清垃圾桶

值得去住的飯店
非常方便的一間飯店，附近吃的買的商店都很近，離車站也不遠約5分鐘，還可以坐荒川線電車，真的很方便。 房間內大又乾淨，還有廚具、餐具，可以吃個宵夜，下次去東京一定會再去住的

享受平靜而休閒的東京
房間整潔而舒適，空間大，足夠四個人活動，有洗衣機洗衫，露台可以晾曬。交通方便，京成町屋站，地鐵町屋，荒川電鐵町屋駅前，都在5分鐘步程之內。可以帶小朋友乘搭荒川電鐵到荒川遊園地，那處地方雖小，但遊樂設施足夠小孩開心地遊玩半天。食店多，隨便找一間，都在水準之上。附近有多間超級市場，小朋友買零食，飲料，小手信都方便，時令水果價錢便宜，質素比在上野買的更好。

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
The place is tidy, all the equipments are new and working great. The receptions are very polite and well speak English, also the whole check-in and checkout processes were smooth. Also, the location is very close the Machiya station in Keisei Line and Chiyoda Line, which is very convenience. The whole trip was living comfortable and satisfied. The only regret was there were no television and the toilet wasn't Washlet, but it didn't affect too much the excellent experience of this hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! FYI, the WI-Fi speed is around 30Mbps.

非常舒適方便
空間大小可供4人舒適入住, 廚具餐具冰箱微波爐都有, 也有洗衣機(也準備了洗衣精供房客使用)和陽台以及晾曬衣夾, 前晚洗的衣服, 一早就吹乾了, 天數較長的旅遊也不須帶那麼多衣物, 附近有超商, 餐飲都算方便, 不過, 交通上會需要多轉一次車, 是個小小的不便

Internet Out of Service
The hotel itself is fine. Good location and close to 2 stations. Some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. However, the management of the hotel did not make any accommodation about the internet issue. The internet was out of service for at least whole week. It was out of service since I checked in and not even been fixed until my check out. I am not sure if they ever have the internet company to fix it or not. The only thing they offered was late check out at 11:00AM. Other than that, they did not make any arrangements offering alternative internet options such as WiFi egg etc. Not a good experience this time.

Excellent stay at Minn Machiya! The beds were the most comfortable we had in Tokyo. Having a small apartment was so much better than a hotel room. Getting to the accommodation was easy and there were many amenities near by. Getting in with a code worked well. The area was quiet. I would definitely stay again!

This property was very vlean, we didn't use the kitchen but it was basic and quite usable. It was spacious for Japan. Lots of light and the beds were very comfortable! The elevator is small.. .3-4 people max.We'd stay again, no issues.

Very spacious. Great view. Everything was well kept. I loved having everything I needed in just a large space. Spacious beds, washing machine, sink and kitchen area, even down to the shoe rack. Worth the price and will definitely stay again. Also tons of food choices right down the street. Convenience stores, pharmacies, even a mcdonalds. Loved this place.

Wish this property could provide storage for bags. We have 2nd booking with this property a few days apart. Have to find way to store bags. Otherwise overall this place is good considering the price they paid for.
