"Naqalia was our favourite stay of our whole trip and mainly due to the staff. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed into the family and even get a bedtime hug! The food was delicious and you are encouraged to eat as much as physically possible 😂. Village visit was a great experience and shark snorkeling was a once in a lifetime experience. "Fantastic rooms (better than the photos suggest!) and staff. The drinks were great, and very generously portioned. The excursions were consistently lovely, especially to the private island which we found amazing. Shout-out to Rocky who was a great guide! Main issues were that the food tended towards being a little overcooked, and the main pool was out of order for our whole stay with no discount or similar offered. Overall though, the hotel and staff were great and we'll probably come back."

We had to move bures after our first night as there was water leaking in the bathroom. Rooms are really comfortable..no need for air-conditioning at this time of the year...breeze through the screened louvres and fan was perfect for sleeping. Really loved having the outdoor shower."
