The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The front dining/lounge room was very comfortable and clean, a great place to read a book or plan the day’s adventure while overlooking the beach and the ocean! The breakfast buffet was delicious and I cannot say enough about how good the freshly baked goods were! Overall, this was the most perfect stay I’ve had at any accommodation I’ve been to and will certainly be back! Thank you Middle Lodge Beach!

I loved being in nature. The breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed sitting and talking with other guests at the lodge . We didn’t care for the supper menu , so we ate at other places .

We loved our suite in the beach house top right. View of sand and ocean. Yes slightly dated but we appreciated the space, view and comfortable bed. This is a great place to stay if you love walking to a few beaches right from your accommodations.

Die Middle Beach Lodge ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum abschalten. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer an sich wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt sicherlich modernere Hotels, aber irgendwie gehört grade dies zum Charme der Unterkunft. Abends gibt es frisch gebackene Kekse und einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

This was the most amazing place to stay! Wish we stayed longer. Everything about this lodge is amazing. The staff, the cleanliness, the most comfortable bed and breakfast included was a bonus. Our treehouse was top notch and with a view! This made our stay in Tofino even more memorable. I am longing to come back!

Great location. Just right by the beach and the room was nice and clean. Good breakfast too and helpful staff. The only thing that I don’t like is that you can easily hear the noise of the room next to you and the one above you.

The positives: Fantastic location, great view with balcony overlooking sea. Friendly if somewhat undertrained staff. Negatives: minuscule room, barely anywhere to store clothes, very limited breakfast. Also no lifts so lugging bags to first floor - would be impossible for anyone with limited mobility.

MBL has a beautiful setting. The staff are very nice nice. Breakfasts and dinner options were simple but very high quality - we enjoyed our meals and it was very convenient. Has a good location relative to the town; its a very short drive. We also hiked there and back one day (on the trail) which was great. Definitely would come back.

This is a lovely resort with many buildings and cabins spread throughout the property which is big . Even with the map it was a bit of a challenge to discover where all the paths led . The great room in the reception and dining area was very pleasant , however happy hour staffing was a bit lacking . Who takes a break at 5:00 pm when we were hoping for a drink ? Overall it’s a great spot, our unit was great with a very nice bed, no wine glasses or corkscrew so make sure to bring your own .

Our stay at the Headlands building at Middle Beach was lovely. The view from our porch was spectacular. We were able to have dinner in ( the kitchen was very well appointed) or at the hotel. The location is great for exploring Tofino and Uculet and the front desk had the best recommendations for tours and “ must see” local colour. Our daughter was married on the beach and staff at the hotel made the day extra special. The only thing I might suggest as improvement would be handicapped access ( I expected some adventure and planned for myself so we were fine) but it would be lovely if there were more easy access points.

Great place to stay. Love the morning continental breakfast in the lovely dining room. Only drawback was that the kitchen was closed in the evening when we had understood that there was a pub style menu available so had to go into town to eat after a long day out and about.

A truly relaxing three nights. The staff are welcoming, the room, though small, has an extremely comfortable bed, and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean was really special. We especially loved the communal downstairs lounge area. Reading by the fire or watching the sea, and the on-tap tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day were highlights, as was the complimentary breakfast each morning (those croissants!). It was an easy 5 minute drive into town to try dinner somewhere new each night.
