「The hotel was typical of several that I have stayed at during my trip; tired and in need of a refresh. I was there out of season so was pretty much the only guest so it lacked atmosphere and during the season it might have felt better. However, it just felt old with large, but poorly furnished rooms and a very basic bathroom (I couldn't get the hot water to work). 「This place is really special, and 1 night is definitely not long enough. We arrived late in the afternoon to a warm welcome and a refreshing drink on the deck - the views are breathtaking. The lodges are so pretty, embroidered with the birds found on the reservoir with sequins and a skylight to the stars. Even the bath boasts the same mesmerising views.
