"When you’re arriving to the hotel , after getting off the cable car, there was no one to assist with bags. We had to wheel many luggage’s from the cable car to the lobby. The path had some cobblestone so this was a little tough. Especially since we didn’t know where to go right away."

"The breakfast buffet was just okay. One thing to note, they only refill the water one time per day. So make sure you ask for a lot if you intend to swim a lot. Also, they don’t provide water on the day you check out. Overall, it’s nice resort, but the service could be better!"
