「We liked everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. We utilized their wash and fold service (for a fee) and were delighted with the speed thoroughness. The hotel is in a wonderful location within the pedestrian zone. Walking from taxi or ride share is just a couple or blocks. Nicely designed and maintained, this is a great little hotel.」

「Staff were wondeful. So helpful.」

「Very convenient location. Luka, the host, is very thoughtful, allowing us to have a late check out to tie in with our flight schedule. Heartfelt thanks❤️」

「The customer service at this property is second to none. The property is beautiful and well-located to walk to all the beautiful sites. My husband could not stop raving about Marco who served him each day at breakfast, but every person there is wonderful. We will definitely be back.」

「This property is a single house with several apartments. Each one has its own bedroom kitchen bathroom. The facilities are very good. It’s a quiet area. But ils location is little away from central town. If you have a car it’s a excellent place. But if you travel by bus or train it is a little far to walk to the station. It’s a self check in place.」

「Fantastic hotel. Close to everything in old town. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great, and the dining room was a great place to unwind after a big day.」

「Good location and very good service. Very spacious room. Only problem had no wifi for the last two days and the IT person was out on Sat and Sun. Towels were a bit over use. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I enjoyed the prime location of the hotel - just steps away from the iconic landmarks and beautiful river as well as the shopping areas. The hotel itself is elegant and grand, and my room is cozy, clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in the relaxing restaurant in the hotel. Staff members offer high hospitality and are dedicated to providing customers with care and help.」

「The room was tidy and perfectly adequate for my needs. I spent most days sightseeing, so it served its purpose well. Breakfast was decent, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel staff. They were extremely supportive, helpful and welcoming, which made my stay a pleasant experience.」
