「Highly recommend The Retreat hotel! It was gorgeous and the views breath taking. The staff was very attentive and kind. Will definitely go again. The tours were over priced though. ~400 per tour and while the locations were beautiful it was not worth that much money. Also note there is no food you can buy except for in the restaurants there. So grab some snack at the airport. But highly recommend this place. Even in the rainy season it was amazing 」

「The location, amenities, staff and the rooms were excellent. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Marriott vacation club location. The pool is more secluded and quiet then the main hotel. Very enjoyable stay.」

「The room is very spacious and pretty. Main room with restroom and a privatw terrace with jacuzzi, the living room with a bedsofa is comfortable. The kitchen is big and clean. Great service, no complains at all.」

Our balcony was shared with three other rooms, which was fine, but I would have preferred it to be more secluded. The property also shares the beach, and unfortunately it felt a bit dirty and messy at times.」

「Loved it here! Close to everything, yet quiet and the beautiful landscape provided much needed shade after a day of surfing. The staff was very accommodating and even allowed us early check in after taking a red eye. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Everything was perfect from check in until check out. Arrived at the guard gate and Nelson was very professional in checking my credentials in order to get into the property. Christian in the front office was also very professional in checking our passports and reservation confirmation. The grounds were immaculate with lots of foliage to and from the condo. Our condo 19 was spotless and had everything you needed for a week stay...even had a couple of waters in the fridge for us upon...

「Oh my gosh, this place is absolutely breathtaking! Sitting under the covered patio during the afternoon showers was so relaxing. We saw over 40 species of birds on the property. The property is situated so you can see all the macaws flying over the water to roost each night. We absolutely loved this spot!」
