Staff were getting irritated when we were drinking bottled water next to the pool which we had purchased elsewhere. Could understand if it was alcohol, but water? They also did not have an option to pay by card at the bar, which was inconvenient, was well as not being able to charge drinks to the room.

hotel cancelled my stay 1 day before i was set to arrive , had to spend an entire working day with expedia to get another hotel .. this was disrespectful and poor ... if you are looking here , look elsewhere or you may not have a place to stay .

Wir waren nur kurz da, hatten aber ein tolles großes Zimmer. Hotel ist schön gelegen wenn man ein Zimmer zur Hinterseite hat, vorne hört man den Verkehr zu sehr. Der Frühstücksraum könnte etwas mehr Flair vertragen. Personal sehr nett, allerdings hätten wir uns beim Check In ein paar mehr Informationen erhofft (z. B. Das die Brücke zum Festland nicht immer befahrbar ist oder das es einen privaten Hitelstrand gibt).

Otrevlig personal. Duschen fungerade sådär, toaletten krävde tidvis 3 spolningar. Vi saknade tvål för händerna, vi sa till i receptionen men fick aldrig detta. Tillslut hittade jag själv städerskan och lyckades få en. Vi ville låna en penna i receptionen men det gick absolut inte om jag inte skulle använda den direkt. Tycker att det är snålt att inte kunna som hotell låna ut/ ge en penna till sina gäster. Frukosten var helt OK, juicerna var nästan odrickbara. Den smakade syntetiskt och utspätt. Poolen var den konstigaste placeringen på en pool. Ligger vid en bar/restaurang, inga solstolar. Du badar bokstavligen mitt i en restaurang! Vi valde aldrig att doppa oss i den. Staden Tisno är i sig väldigt liten, fanns inte mycket att göra. Hotellet erbjud bara tysktalande kanaler och kroatiska. En kanal var på engelska. Hotellet dominerades av äldre tyskar, t o m hotellet pratade tyska med de. Tycker dock att det är lite för långt att gå med att erbjuda bara tysktalande kanaler (dubbade!!). Inget för oss.

Trevlig personal och suverän AC

Fjärde året i rad vi bor på detta hotell. Bokade sent i år och fick nöja oss med ett standard rum som var i minsta laget för 2 personer men det funkade.I den otroliga värme som aldrig understeg +34 grader nattetid var hotellrummets suveräna AC ett stort plus. Personalen lika vänlig och hjälpsam som alltid
