「Staff was good. We checked in late night. They didn't have our reservation. They accepted our email confirmation. They gave us a room that was in a building full of construction and dust. It did not match the pictures on the site. Internet did not work. Next day they shifted us to their main building which matched the room pictures in the website. 「This hotel is very reasonable. Their main business however is restaurants, and Ohris have four on this location, and others around Hyderabad. All their restaurants are excellent. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the location is quiet and safe with many shops, including chemists and a supermarket. Taxis are always available.」
