Beyond expectations!!

We visited Schloss Neuschwanstein during the day, and stayed in the hotel. It's very nice , cosy and clean in the room. Good beer and desert in the restaurant. Had a wonderful and relax time during the stay. Highly recommended if you drive while visiting Schloss Neuschwanstein.

Das Hotel wirbt mit KI generierten Bildern eines Pools den es so garnicht gibt. Außenpool ist auch nicht vorhanden, wird aber wohl gebaut. Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel wurde auf billigste Art renoviert um auf Fotos modern und hochwertig zu wirken, leider ist da nichts dahinter l.

房间很好，环境很好，停车场很好，但是需要进行员工培训，我可以明显感觉到我退房时，前台的两位女性，其中一位并不想服务亚洲人，所以一直在电脑前装的很忙碌，并时不时用眼睛撇我，在另一位女性给我和我老婆提供服务后，她起身开始为排在我后面的白人夫妻提供服务。
