All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a little updating. The T.V. did not work as it had not been connected properly. Air conditioning worked only one night of my 3 night stay even though I requested at reception for it to be looked 3 times.

If you're into casino-level accommodations and enjoy the smell of constant cigarette smoke, cafeteria-level food, and cheaply built rooms--then this is your place! PLEASE, do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more and get FAR more. Far more comfort, amenities, service, cleanliness and security. This hotel is dirty and unkept and run by a bunch of teens who know and care very little about service. NO water in room, no coffee/tea in room, TV and phone both broken, and breakfast was tang juice and processed cheese and sausages. It was so unbearable, I checked out a day early with no refund!

The experience overall was good , the only downside , is that they charge on site a very high city tax which doesn’t compare to what’s listed when you pay on Expedia . May not be , but feels as a scam ! Other than that , well located and safe surroundings!

For a European style hotel instead of taking a deposit on your credit card they make you leave your passport or a credit! Very unsafe! They also had know where on the website telling you that you have a 8 euro person city tax! The tax on hotel.com showed 2 dollars total!

Was charged 25Euro per person as service fee on arrival with no information on what it suppose to cover. The standard of the hotel and rooms was descent but could due with some upgrades. Check out time on departure was at 0800 and late check out came at a price of 30 euro if you want to keep the room till 1200. I believe this hotel speculates in additional charges keeping the initial price on hotels.com superficial low.

Very dirty place. We stayed there for 5 days and they never cleaned the room or changed the sheets and the towels. . Staff was rude and not helpful. They charged us extra per person at the hotel plus no TV or pillows. If you needed them you had to pay 4 euros per pillow and per tv per day per person. Horrible service

Absolutely disgraceful. Was charged an extra £269 at check in for a service fee we knew nothing about. We’d already paid hotels.com in full and was expecting to pay £6.49 in taxes on arrival, not £269 for just three days stay. Food was disgusting. Half board and had no choice. Was told just chicken tonight and we wouldn’t have fed it our dogs.

Expensive hidden extras

Do not book this place on Hotels.com!!! The description of the place and what is included is misleading and there are hidden extras. Despite we had paid for the room in advance, we were forced to pay 75 Euro per day to the hotel for as a "service fee". Description told pool and spa facilities included - it is not and you must pay extra for using it. Breakfast buffet was half empty and quite messy. AC was not working in the room.

Bad hotel deserves 2 stars

At the reception they forced us to pay extra money that mentioned while I did the reservation online with my Credit card telling us that there is no direct contact between your site and their hotel so I paid 18 euros. The swimming pool has no free entry we must pay 8 euros unlike what was mentioned in the site. I had to change the room twice because of room AC heater not working. Very bad experience

After booking and paying on Expedia for the room I showed up at the hotel around 9:00 pm checked in and the attendant said that they needed a $100 deposit so I agreed to it as long as she gave me a receipt, then she came out and said that I need to pay a extra $16 for a city tax so I asked her to show me where in the itinerary at Expedia does it say that I needed to pay city taxes and how much she said that I didn’t book it on Booking but I booked it on Expedia and In order for me to get the room I had to pay the city taxes so don’t be surprised that when you show up there they hit you up with surprise fees I would suggest to have some cash in hand otherwise you’re not going to get the room

Bad experience..

Extra fees were charged at €8 per night per person even though it was not stated on the booking. sheets and pillowcases were missing at check-in. When we pointed this out at the reception the response was thatis not included that the person in question who worked only worked there could not help with it. Extra charges on everything you used at the hotel including the poles even though you paid €60 a night. Thay came in and regulated the fans in the room by knocking on the door so that the function regarding heating the rooms did function to use and it was freezing cold at night Not recomended!!

The sheets from the duvet didn't look clean. I had to ask for it to be changed. Food (breakfast) was quite good. Air conditioning was deliberately turned off at intervals leaving me in discomfort. The spa and indoor pool was supposed to be free with hotel reservations but there is additional cost of €8 for a kit (bath robe, towels and slippers) all of which will be returned for another person to use. Advertising free access to spa and pool for guests is deceptive since there is additional charges. The aim is extra charge and not hygiene because the kit is to be reused. No entertainment from TV as this will require additional €6 per day The Receptionist is very rude and aggressive. Delights in talking down on guests. We arrived and they attempted to seize our passports as caution. Taxes are not one off. It is calculated per day per guest. This was not made clear from the start In all, it was a bad experience as they focus on making money while trying to give very little. The comfort of guests is not important to them

NEVER stay at this property, NEVER

The room was nice enough, but the overall stay was horrible. I expect more from what the hotel calls a 4*. I was told that I had to pay an additional Euros 8 per person when we checked in. So, Euros 16 for two people. It was almost the same amount as a room. They said it was a charge for all 4/5* hotels in Tirana which is a lie. If you Google hotel taxes in Tirana, it states they are 350 lek a night which is Euros 3.15. I asked to see the manager several times. I was told he wasn't around, didn't now when he would be back, didn't know if he was on the property, wouldn't call him. When I did finally catch up with him, he placed the blame on Hotels.com for not changing the pricing on the site. When I contacted Hotels.com, I was told that was the responsibility of the hotel and I was told to talk to the hotel. The problem is that Hotels.com is a 3 party so it doesn't have direct contact with the hotel. A couple of hotels I used on this recent trip said they don't use Hotels.com for this reason. The hotel also wanted us to pay Euros 6 for the use of the TV. The manager said he would write a letter so that I could see about claiming the Euros 8 per person, per night back from Hotels.com. I was lied to during my entire stay. The hotel's attitude is to string the customer along until they leave. The stay left a bad taste in my mouth for the hotel and Tirana which is a shame. Never, Never stay in this hotel. It's not worth the frustration and the stress.

Fin central beliggenhed. Lidt nedslidt, der er igangværende håndværkere på stedet. Bruser virkede ikke optimalt, ophæng var gået i stykker ligeledes switch knappen til oven brus. Aircondition holdt ikke tp. Varmen kørte op i løbet af natten. Fantastiske senge og dejligt sengetøj/dyner. Fik defekt el-kedel uden mulighed for at bytte. Ok morgenbuffet, a la carte i restauranten er skøn, gode vine. Hjælpsom personale. Vær opmærksom på ekstra betaling for overnatning og byskat der kan variere alt afhængig af købs aftale (fra 3 til 50 €) Spa er ekstra 10€ pr dag pr person. Dejlige store værelser.
