A good budget quite central stay in Tirana. Room is OK, not super high standard, but fully OK. But I had some doubts of the electric hair dryer installation in the bath room. Breakfast is OK, not super many alternativet, but OK. Can recommend this hotel for a budget stay.

Breakfast was good, a large choice from a cold buffet + warm fried eggs. Room was good for the price, although we had to ask for more toilet paper and tea. Staff very helpful and spoke some English. Enjoyed the area around the hotel, some very good value restaurants more aimed at residents than tourists, so excellent prices

I had booked triple room and was given a king bed with bunk beds that closed off the windows and prevented wardrobe or fridge opening. The tv nor aircon worked when i complained I was given choice of two rooms one king size with hardly any light the other was a twin which I took. The bathroom bidet was covered with hair and the aircon was peeling off from ceiling . The walls had marks and bathroom was stained. The manager wouldn’t give me refund for choosing smaller room despite nothing working.. the manager charged €20 fee for early check in and then I asked her for iron she said she will get it 3 hours later I still didn’t get it. I then asked for a map of city she said she hasn’t got any yet but will give me one later which she didn’t. Worst first impression of a new country I’ve ever had and worst customer experience.

It was okay stay

There was a very friendly lady in the reception when we arrived. Unfortunately we didn’t see her the next morning which is a shame as she was speaking English and we needed help with booking taxi. The breakfast was late and there was the older gentleman in the reception who didn’t speak English. Overall, it was okay. We stayed there only for one night
