Most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good. The only issues were: my room on the second floor barely had any internet access, and the hotel is accessible via the bar with plenty of people around. If you have big luggages, there are stairs you have to take.

I rarely include a hotel as part of my travel experience, but this one is worth mentioning. Not only was it beautiful, but they were also able to have my room ready early at no extra charge for an early check-in—after a long trip, it was very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, not for families, overpriced, you have to pay for everything including water . Get your iwn water if you want yo make coffee. Get prepared to pay €25 gor overnight parking since they don't have parking.

The staff will not help u with ur luggage and suitcase they will watch u struggle we checked out a hour late they also made that a big deal the girl at the reception needs to be fired immediately her attitude and her not having a care in the world when it comes to hospitality needs to be studied the guys did what they could to help but she’s awful and as we were forced to carry our own bags out, the stairs were covered in water, and we informed them not once twice asking them very kindly to dry it, and they just stared at us and watched us struggle

Personalen är mycket hjälpsamma, kunniga. Rummet är rent. Rummet är nästan tråkigt. Det borde finnas tavlor eller mer detaljer. Dekorativa detaljer av hotellet saknas. Hotellet har mycket hög potential att kunna vara vackrare.hotellet ligger i ett mycket bra område. Det finns många fina matställen. Hotells terrassen är mycket trevlig.

A/C and King size bed... yes please!

European A/C is generally terrible. Not so here. The A/C was amazing, and that was just the start of all we loved about the hotel. The location is great, the king size bed is like a real American king size not European king (which is an American queen). We just genuinely enjoyed our stay. The staff was accommodating and the hotel was quiet. We will definitely be staying here again!

Smart hotel in a central area good for exploring the city. Two female tourists and we felt safe walking around the area in the evening. Very comfortable beds and smart modern room and bathroom. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other places we stayed in Albania, probably better to go to a local coffee shop instead (there are lots!). Don’t miss a visit to Bunk Art while in Tirana for an essential overview of the country’s more recent history. A 20min taxi from the hotel.

The pictures don’t match the product

The pictures don’t match the experience. The courtyard, cafe and lobby are beautiful but the rooms and bathrooms are far from good. Damaged counters in the bathroom, the furniture is cheap and not the right vibe for the history of the building.

Very nice boutique restaurant located close to everything. The room was big and spacious, with a tall nice window, very French style. The tv was strangely placed on a corner, not very practical. The staff was really nice.

The property was beautiful with brilliant staff , breakfast and was a close walking distance to places I visited with my partner. Unfortunately , there was a bad sewage smell that lingered when we wanted to open the windows or use the dan in the bathroom. Other than that, was an amazing stay!
