O quarto que eu e minha esposa pegamos tinha um aspecto de "limpo às pressas" e um forte cheiro de urina ambos no banheiro e no quarto. Quando informamos à recepção, disseram estar cientes. Foi desconfortável saber que havia ciência da situação e que, mesmo assim, continuam alugando o quarto. A cama de casal era muito confortável, mas balançava toda quando um dos dois se mexia. Os pontos altos do hotel ficam na educação dos funcionários e conforto na sala/cozinha

Estilo flat

Hotel bem perto do centro histórico e dos principais pontos turísticos de SJDR, mas é bom ter carro pois fica no alto de um morro. Estilo flat, cama confortável, quarto grande, bom chuveiro, bom wi-fi, e café da manhã dentro dos quartos (você seleciona o que quer no dia anterior), A garagem fica um pouco antes, e os hóspedes ganham um controle para acessá-la.

O dono do Hotel mora no local e o tratamento com o cliente é pessoal e esquisito. Você é obrigado a deixar a chave do quarto quando sai e não tem a opção de querer que limpem ou não. A cama cheia de formigas, no chão e um escorpião estava em nosso quarto. Dono do hotel despreparado ao conversar conosco faltando-lhe educação acima de tudo.

Quite and confortable place.

The hotel was great. The staff very helpful. The breakfast is always in your room. Every night you receive a worksheet and you mark what you would like to have. Good location, 15 minutes walking to the old center. The hotel is very quite. I recomend it!

muito bom, mas escada em espiral

Únicos problemas: estacionamento fora e o quarto tem dois andares com acesso a cama com escada em espiral., Difícil para idosos.....café no quarto...quanto ao estacionamento , é comum em São João del rei- ninguem tem estacionamento. Mas a equipe e o hotel compensam qualquer problema. Abraços ao Caique , e certamente recomendo a outros.
