Great location, 10 minutes from rhe shops &zoo. Food was lovley, rooms were clean & staff were very friendly & helpful. Would 100%stay again.

Didn't stay. Checked and and given room key to a room which was already occupied. Entered room and walked in on other guests. Given another room which was lesser standard than first room. Duty manager was difficult and argumentative. Left the hotel and stayed elsewhere

Very convenient location next to the car park close to where I was going on my short spring holiday. The rooms had a comfortable big bed and a lovely bath, separate shower and toilet. Thank you.
