「I just needed a place to sleep and carry on in the morning. I received more than that at The Journey Inn. Check in was fast and friendly. The attendant was very friendly and upgraded me to the Jacuzzi Suite for free. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was clean and I enjoyed it after driving twelve hours. The bed was very comfortable and CLEAN. The sheets were very soft, too. I plan to stop back here on my way back from Florida. Thank you, Journey Inn, for the pleasant...

「Clean and pet friendly」

「First off the door to the room would not close properly. You had to mess with the lock on the inside for two or three mins before the door would close and lock. Then the house keeping never once came to the the from to see if we needed anything during our stay. We ask for towels when I went to housekeeping and was told bring me the old ones and I will give you new ones, also three people were staying in the room only gave two towels and wash cloths. Had to demand a third towel and wash cloth....

「The staff was rude, the rooms were dirty as well」

「Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty.」

「This property is quite run down, but I could tell the flooring was new in my room and there were roofers doing a replacement while I was there, so I know the owners are putting money into improving the situation. This motel has something others in the area don't - it's not sitting right next to I40, which means you can actually get to sleep because you aren't hearing road noise. My room smelled like a pipe smoker had lived in it for 20 years, which wasn't great, but the bed was super...

「Everything was great except there was no coffee pot in the room. Staff excellent, ac works wonderful, plenty of parking in front of room. Room was extremely clean and comfortable atmosphere」
