Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Cet hôtel est à fuir absolument. Les lieux sont sales, mal entretenus et très loin des photos affichées. L’hygiène laisse sérieusement à désirer, les chambres sont dans un état déplorable, avec une odeur insupportable et un confort inexistant.
Le personnel est désagréable, peu professionnel et totalement indifférent aux remarques des clients. On a l’impression que tout est laissé à l’abandon. Le service est lent, désorganisé et aucune considération n’est accordée aux visiteurs.
Rapport qualité-prix scandaleux : payer pour un tel niveau de médiocrité est inadmissible. Cet établissement donne une très mauvaise image du tourisme à Tipaza.
Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel à toute personne cherchant un minimum de confort, de propreté et de respect. Il existe bien mieux ailleurs. Une expérience horrible que je ne referai jamais!!!!!!
