I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel itself was very comfortable, had great atmosphere, and was very clean. This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in all of Greece. Stay here, it’s peaceful, relaxing, and in a great location.

Overall I enjoyed my stay as it was quaint and welcoming. I stayed for 2 nights in room number 5, and while I was initially impressed with the accommodation, I noticed some shortcomings which were already noted in another review on a different site by a previous traveler. While the property is quaint and cozy, the room could use a thorough deep cleaning as there was dust on the decorations, walls, and some furniture. The window overlooks a dirty alley with trash. I also noticed a dead water bug in the hallway, which seemed to wander in from outside because of the adjacent alleyway. The fridge makes very loud noises, which wake me up at night. Furniture and decorations need to be cleaned (dead flowers should be removed). The owner was helpful, but seemed insulted and bothered. He took time to tell me about some local attractions, but it seemed like he really didn’t want to do this.

This hotel is very unique, and has lots of special touches. It is budget friendly and family run. My room was clean and comfortable and close to restaurants, shopping the bus station and port.

Great establishment just few steps from the port. Kosmas welcomed us providing all the details about the island and the dining options around. Very nice, clean and comfortable room with the best view. Totally recommend.

Great stay at Tinos

This was a great place to stay during my trip to Tinos. Less than 5 minute walk from the ferry. Felt very authentic, was formally a house and expanded. Host was friendly and knew the island well. I would stay here again.

Hôtel super je recommande

Hôtel tout proche du port facilité d'accès. Kosmas et sa maman sont des super hôtes très sympathiques nous ont donné des conseils de visites et adresses de restaurants.Kosmas parle très bien le français.De plus nous avons loué une voiture par leur intermédiaire, très facile. l'hôtel est situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Tinos. Tout était parfait.

Absolute treasure

I completely enjoyed my stay at Voreades because it covered all bases and got it right. Creative and pleasing decor, comfortable beds, relaxing atmosphere, breakfast at flexible hours, home made jam, local information about eating and interesting sights, and local maps. The owners spoke excellent English and French and were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The views of the bay area and sunsets are stunning, and it was a 5min walk to the cbd, restaurants, port and local transport. It was a very happy experience staying there & probably the best experience in Greece over 6 weeks of travel.

This was a nice place in Tinos. I had a balcony and a view of the water. It was clean. The neighbourhood was safe and the island seemed safe. Parking was on the street and availability was good. The rental car agency was nearby. I was only sorry I didn't stay a couple more nights on Tinos because there was certainly more to explore.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer (Mutter + Sohn), stets höflich und bemüht, aber das hilft leider nicht darüber hinweg, dass ich offensichtlich das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen habe, obwohl es doch einige gute zu geben scheint. Die Nr. 5 ist ein dunkles Loch mit einem Bullauge und einem winzigen zusätzlichen Fenster, jedoch ohne Mückenschutz. Der Ausblick geht auf einen vermüllten Hinterhof (Fotos vorhanden), die Rezeption ist nur selten bis gar nicht besetzt und wird als Warenlager zweckentfremdet. Leider haben wir Ungeziefer im Zimmer gehabt (Kakerlake, Scolopender, Moskitos), das sollte nicht sein. Weiterhin war kein echter Tisch im Zimmer vorhanden und nur vor dem Raum war eine kleine dunkle Sitzmöglichkeit, die ich aber nur ungern genutzt habe. Der Service im Zimmer war okay, beschränkte sich auf das Leeren der Eimer und einem Wechsel der Handtücher, nicht aber der Bettwäsche. Da in diesem Hotel weder eine Frühstücksmöglichkeit noch eine Bar ist, wäre es schön, wie in vielen Hotels, einen einfachen Nespresso-Automaten und etwas Besteck oder Küchenutensilien vorzufinden, es gab nur drei Plastikteller, kein Besteck und keine Weingläser, nur "Senfgläser" zum trinken. Der Safe war funktionsfähig, bei der Zimmertüre ist unbedingt Vorsicht geboten, da sie von allein zufällt und ohne Schlüssel von aussen nicht zu öffnen ist. Weiterhin ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und es lief häufig irgendwo ein Fernseher oder es war sonst laut. Insgesamt empfehle ich das Hotel nicht.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, and centrally located. Perfect for a night or two in Tinos Town. Quick walk to the ferry port, church, and shops. We booked through Expedia and the owner communicated promptly and was very helpful. Filtered drinking water in the rooms was appreciated. My bed was super comfy. I would stay here again. An electric kettle would be a nice addition.

Fantastisk fint rom og fin foaje. Flott interiør og fin atmosfære. Vi ble godt mottatt og fikk god informasjon om byen og det som skulle skje i dagene framover (påskefeiring). Følte oss veldig velkomne. Rommet hadde balkong med flott utsikt over byen. Anbefales!

Vi hadde et flott opphold på Voreades. Stedet ligger i gangavstad fra havna, i en stille og rolig gate. Kort vei til sentrum. Koselig vertskap, som ga oss all informasjon vi trengte for et perfekt opphold på Tinos.

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Der Besitzer und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte sogar ein Auto mieten und hat Tipps für eine Rundreise bekommen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Kosmos and his Mother were perfect hosts. Very unique small hotel in a great location. The room I had was probably the least expensive and it was a bit small but I think there is probably a large choice of rooms. Overall a very nice experience. My three day stay was not long enough.

Formidable

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre originale et meublée avec beaucoup de goût dans un style traditionnel. Très propre. Bien au dessus des pièges à touristes des alentours. pour une qualité bien supérieure. Très pratique, moins de 5mn à pieds du port et du centre ville. L'authenticité des lieux et des hôtes est remarquable.
