Etablissement difficile d'acces sans voiture.

Sans voiture, il faut monter 10 minutes des escaliers pour y arriver. Tres bon acceuil. Petit dejeuner correcte. Personnel accueillant. Mais grand probleme quand il fallait payer notre sejour de 9 jours.

Souvenir désagréable. L'hôtel a d'abord annulé notre réservation puis a changé d'avis . Entre temps, nous avions réservé ailleurs. A cause du patron de mauvaise foi , nous avons eu du mal à nous faire rembourser par le site... Il nous a pourri la vie pendant 3 jours !!!

A great stay, lovely studio with a wonderful view. The shower needs an update but otherwise great. A delicious breakfast too! Be mindful of the hills when booking.

Nice hotel but you need transportation

This is a nice, clean hotel with a friendly owner and stuff. The location is very quiet. The hotel is located in Kionia, 3 kilometers from the town of Tinos. There is a nice yard with orange trees, in a good shape. You just need to be aware that you will need to take a bus (a stop is within 5-10-min walking distance from the hotel) or a taxi if you will need to go to Tinos town. Taxi ride to the Tinos costs 6-7 euros. The beach is also down the hill, within 5-10-min walking distance.

Too far from the town and facilities to walk.

Nobody to meet me at the dock as previously arranged. After some difficulty in making a phone call they finally arrived. Did not appear to be anybody else at the hotel and yet the staff was not particularly endearing or cooperative. No information about anything offered and the public area was not inviting.

Séjour en famille - 2 enfants de 10 et 13 ans, 1 semaine en aout : l'équipement, en particulier de la kitchenette, est rudimentire mais le bungalow est spacieux, lumineux et très agréable. Personnel sympathique. 15mn de la plage par un petit chemin à l'écart des voiture, 15mn de tinos en taxi. super !!

Premesso che per le nostre vacanze scegliamo prevalentemente posti tranquilli e solo con pernottamento e prima colazione, dal momento che trascorriamo la giornata fuori per escursioni, nell'isola di Tinos il Galini ha soddisfatto perfettamente questa nostra necessità. calme et bien tenu

Très calme et vue sur la mer. Propre, beau jardin. Bon petit déjeuner. Accès à pied à 8 minutes de la plage de Kionia par un chemin. Au retour de la plage ou du village, ça grimpe mais pas très long. Oubliez vos chaussures à talon Mesdames ! Accès un peu compliqué en voiture par route très étroite, mais on s'y fait assez vite. Voiture conseillée pour pouvoir visiter les beaux villages de l'île (bus pas très fréquents et ne desservant pas tout)

Perfect holiday in perfect Guesthouse!!!

Perfect location to stay above the beach in Tinos! Everything was great, the service, hospitality of the galini brothers and Anthony! We really loved the time there and can highly recommend this place!

πολυ κοντα στη χωρα αλλα και σε πολυ καλο σημειο για να ξεκινηςει κανεις οποιαδηποτε εκδρομη, πολυ καλη υποδοχη, αριστη εξυπηρετηση, πεντακαθαρο δωματιο, πολυ καλο το πρωινο, οι ιδιοκτητες πολυ φιλοξενοι και τελος αριστη τιμη. ολα ηταν πολυ καλα και το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα. σιγουρα θα επιλεξω ξανα τη διαμονη εκει στο επομενο ταξιδι στη τηνο

Dejlig sted at bo på Tinos

Vi boede Galini Bungalows 4 dage med en skøn udsigt over havet. Det er ej dejligt sted, hvor der er pænt og rent med en flot have. Der er ca. 10 minutter ned til en dejlig strand og bus til Tinos. Værten kom og hentede os ved Færgen, vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.

The hotel is composed of several typical white-blue cyclades houses. The rooms were nice and clean, and contained a fridge and an electric (plug into the electric socket) mosquito trap. Two problems: the toilet did not flush properly, we had to do it manually with a conveniently placed bucket several times) and the sheets had a strange feel to them, probably because they had been washed with an unusual wash product. Other facts: 5-10m from the beach in Kionia. The temple of poseidon and amphitrite is basically just a bunch of ruins, didn't seem that interesting. There are buses every 30m to the Chora (main town) which cost 1.80 for a 5m trip. (The bus schedule we had was only valid for a week, so probably changes quite frequently, depending on the season). The hotel is run by a few Italians who are very nice and helpful. Overall the hotel still seemed very good value and breakfast for 6.50 is reaally copious, so really good value also.

friendly hotel in Kionia, Tinos

I recently spent 4 nights at Gallini bungalows and really enjoyed my stay: the brothers are really friendly, they came to pick me up at the port and checked me in quickly. the room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea. the bathroom is on the small side but that wasn't a problem for me. you can walk to the beach via a fairly steep set of steps.
