"The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. He was able to take my blood pressure to assure that I was doing fine anything and everything that I requested or ask for was provided. There wasn’t an iron so they had a staff iron my outfit so I have something to wear, I left resort feeling like I was part of the family. "
