「We spent one night here on our way from Dublin to Kilkenny. The staff were prompt and very polite. The location is rural, but the facility is top notch. A grand staircase greets you as you enter the main lobby. As a group, we occupied three rooms. Our only issue was the lack of room air conditioning (but iist say the temps while we visited were the highest in almost 80 years). 「The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was in a good mood the whole time. You could not ask for a better location right next to the Glendalough sites, plus reasonable rates. Although my room was small, it was cozy and had everything I needed, plus a lovely view from the sizable windows even though it raced north toward the road. My only complaint about the hotel is that the front desk is not staffed 24/7 (I think it closes at 8 or 9 PM), which might create some anxiety for those returning late. I...

「I’m not an experience traveler by any means but Christopher is an outstanding host. I felt well cared for and all of my needs were met happily. The room was lovely and well kept. The breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. I can’t recommend the Tudor Lodge highly enough. When I return to Glendalough I will definitely be staying at Tudor Lodge. 」
